Jesus, the image of the unseen God.

Who is the image of the unseen God coming into existence before all living things;
Colossians 1:15 BBE

Col 1:10 Living uprightly in the approval of the Lord, giving fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Col 1:11 Full of strength in the measure of the great power of his glory, so that you may undergo all troubles with joy;
Col 1:12 Giving praise to the Father who has given us a part in the heritage of the saints in light;

Col 1:20 Through him uniting all things with himself, having made peace through the blood of his cross; through him, I say, uniting all things which are on earth or in heaven.

Col 1:28 Whom we are preaching; guiding and teaching every man in all wisdom, so that every man may be complete in Christ; 5)Luk_9:35 And there was a voice from the cloud saying, This is my Son, the man of my selection; give ear to him.
Col 1:29 And for this purpose I am working, using all my strength by the help of his power which is working in me strongly.

  • Do God's work in God's way, not in a worldly way
  • Make clear to us by what authority you do these things and who gave you this authority.
  • Jesus came to make search for those who are wandering from the way, and to be their Saviour
  • Who, being the outshining of his glory, the true image of his substance, supporting all things by the word of his power, having given himself as an offering making clean from sins, took his seat at the right hand of God in heaven
  • Be a good soldier of the army of Christ Jesus
  • Jesus, giver of eternal salvation
  • Some have been turned away, giving themselves to foolish talking
  • The Word was God
  • Het Woord was God
  • From the first he was the Word, and was God
  • Jesus is Lord
