The religion which is good in the eyes of our God

take care of the fatherless and widows

and do not become like the world that is

a religion that is pure and stainless

according to God the Father is this the

religion which is holy and free from

evil in the eyes of our God and Father

is this to take care of children who

have no fathers and of widows who are in

trouble and to keep oneself untouched by

the world that is the religion which is

good in the eyes of our God holy and

free from evil in the eyes of our God

and Father take care of the children who

are fatherless and the widows who are in

trouble and look at this through the

spiritual eyes the fatherless those

without guidance and the widows who are

in trouble the women who were left

behind because those who took care of

them have died

blessed be our Lord and I pray that in

your ministry in your walk with God you

may have that religion which is good in

the eyes of God taking care of the

fatherless of children who have no

fathers and of the widows who are in

trouble and keeping yourself from

becoming like the world blessed be your

Lord in Jesus mighty name amen so lord

give us your word speak with your voice

speak unto the hearts of those who are

under the power of your voice in Jesus

blessed James chapter one the book of

James is about well the right religion

works for religion is an outward image

of faith and hope the Lord drawing near

James 2 verse 26 for as the body without

the Spirit is dead as the body without

the Spirit is dead even so faith without

works is dead faith without works is

dead all said show me your works I’ll

show you your faith if you profess to

have faith yet there are no works

something is strange for

if you have faith you will have works

faith empowers you to do works works in

and of itself the world does works

without faith have no meaning in the

eyes of God but God who searches the

hearts of man can’t see why you are

doing these words the book of James

states that the evidence of faith is

good works and in the first chapter it

starts it starts by saying by telling us

something about the testing of our faith

and by telling us about good works good

works for the religion which is holy and

free from evil in the eyes of our God

and Father is this to take care to take

care of children who have no fathers and

of widows who are in trouble and to keep

oneself untouched and untouched by the

world blessed be our Lord and let the

Holy Spirit increase everywhere in Jesus

mighty name amen James 1 verse 1 James a

servant of God and of the Lord Jesus

Christ sends words of love to the 12

tribes of the Jews living in all parts

of the earth let it be all joy to you my

brothers when you undergo tests of every

sort because you have the knowledge that

the testing of your faith gives you the

power of going on in hope but let this

power have its full effect

so that you may be made complete needing

nothing but if any man among you is

without wisdom let him make his requests

to God who gives freely to all without

an unkind word and it will be given to

him Lord we are but your little children

without wisdom guide us teachers give us

your wisdom Lord tell us what to say and

what to do we know that you are good

lord

so God help us guide us tell us what to

do and how to do it in Jesus mighty name

6 let him make his request in faith

doubting nothing for he who has doubt in

his heart he who has doubt in his heart

is like the waves of the sea which are

troubled by the driving of the wind let

it not seem to such a man that he will

get anything from the Lord for there is

a division in his mind and he is

uncertain in all his ways but let the

brother of low position be glad that he

is lifted up but the man of wealth that

he has made low because like the flower

of the grass he will come to his end for

when the Sun comes up with its burning

heat the grass gets dry and the grace of

its form is gone with the falling flower

so the man of wealth comes to nothing in

his ways there

the blessing on the man who undergoes

testing because if he has God’s approval

he will be given the crown of life which

the Lord has said he will give to those

who have love for him let no man say

when he is tested I am tested by God for

it is not possible for God to be tested

by evil and he himself puts no man to

such a test but every man is tested when

he is turned out of the right way by the

attraction of his desire then when its

time comes desire gives birth to sin and

sin when it is full-grown gives birth to

death do not be turned from the right

way there brothers every good and

through thing is given to us from heaven

coming from the Father of lights with

whom there is no change or any shade

made by turning he doesn’t change his

mind he doesn’t turn from his way God’s

purpose never changes God doesn’t come

with something new

Jesus was purposed from before the

foundation of the world before the

creation of the universe

he had already purposed our salvation of

his purpose he gave us being by his true

Word so that we might be in a sense the

firstfruits of all the things which he

had me you

of knowledge of this their brothers but

let every man be quick in hearing slow

in words slow to get angry for the

righteousness of God does not come about

by the wrath of man

for this reason putting away all dirty

behavior and the overweight of evil take

into your souls without pride the word

which being planted there is able to

give you salvation but be doers of the

word and not only hearers of it blinding

yourself with false ideas because if any

man is a hearer of the word and not a

doer he is like a man looking at his

natural face in a glass for after

looking at himself he goes away and in a

short time he has no memory of what he

was like but he who goes on looking into

the true law which makes him free being

not a hearer without memory but a doer

putting it into effect this man will

have a blessing on his act if a man

seems to have religion and has no

control over his tongue but lets himself

be tricked by what is false this man’s

religion is of no value the religion

which is holy and free from evil in the

eyes of our God and Father is this to

take care of children who have no

fathers and of widows who are in trouble

and to keep oneself

touched by the world so I pray that your

outward religion may not be closed not a

temple not an altar not a cross not a

fish hanging from your neck but this

which is good in the eyes of God which

is holy and free from evil that you take

care of children who have no fathers and

of widows who are in trouble and that

you keep yourself from becoming like the

world do not ingest take into your soul

into your mind into your heart the

wisdom of the world this I pray over you

in Jesus mighty name amen
