Keep me from those who are round me

keep me as the light of your eyes

covering me with the shade of your wings

the basic protection of the Lord keep me

Psalms 17 verse 8 and 9 keep me as the

apple of the eye hide me under the

shadow of thy wings from the wicked that

oppressed me from my dadly enemies who

encompass me keep me as the light of

your eyes covering me with the shade of

around me desiring my death so I pray

that for all who are in the Lord not

into something else in the Lord that

Lord you may keep them as the light of

your eyes but wherever they go they are

the light of your eyes it brings

everything in the world to your eyes to

your judgment to the judgment by your

word lord I pray that you keep them in

the shade of your wings Lord covered by

you Lord not by man not by things

created but by you Lord from all the

evildoers from the enemy

from the enemy who is violent who brings

violence whose thoughts are always of

violence and from those who gather

themselves around us Lord desiring our

death we thank you Lord we thank you in

wings for being the light of your eyes
