Nehemiah 13:30
So I made them clean from all strange people, and had regular watches fixed for the priests and for the Levites, everyone in his work;
I pray,
that if you are not able
to make yourself clean
from all that is strange to the Word of God,
that you might have someone, a help,
help to make you clean
from all that is strange to the Word of God.
In Jesus mighty name.

you Lord for this day for the ear the
Sun the moon the night the day the earth
we stand on the food we eat and are
about to eat we thank you for the
fellowship and we thank you for
communion with you Lord blessed be your

Nehemiah chapter 13
I made them clean from all that is
strange to the Word of God I made them
clean from all that is strange to the
Word of God the words of Nehemiah the
words of Nehemiah Nehemiah 13 verse 30
he had seen them the priests do strange
things he had seen the priests do
strange things so he decided to make
them clean to cleanse them from those
strange things
Nehemiah 13 verse 30 so I made them
clean from all strange people and that
regular watch is fixed for the priests
and for the Levites every one in his
word you see
means the same thing here as it means in
Titus to keep clean for to him who is
clean all things are clean all things
are clean so Nehemiah needed the
priesthood to be clean and whether there
were strange people strange people
whenever the word of God speaks of about
strange people they’re talking about
people with a different belief who
worship other gods the bowels and I
share us all the things which are not
God so Nehemiah
made them clean from all strange people
he made the priesthood clean from all
people who believed in the world who
believed them money who believe then
drink a tree in idolatry in gods and
demons in whatever they had a belief
blessed be our Lord yesterday we were
reading about Titus and Titus was about
Titus 1 verse 15 to the clean and heart
all things are clean and a priesthood
needs to be clean in heart all
Christians all who minister mothers
brothers sisters fathers deacons
overseers bishops whatever they may call
themselves elders all need to be clean
in heart so that all things are clean
and Nehemiah cleansed those who
ministered at that time from every
strange thought every strange belief and
with strange we mean strange to the Word
of God
that does not match up with the Word of
God
blessed be our Lord and let the Holy
Spirit increase everywhere in Jesus
mighty name amen
I pray that if you are not able to make

Nehemiah 13 verse 1
Amaya 30 verse 1
on that day there was a reading from the
book of Moses in the hearing of the
people and they saw that it said in the
book that no ammonite or Moabite might
ever come into the meeting of God none
of the children of Amon or of the stone
of Moab may come into the meeting of God
none of those who worship other gods
because they did not give the children
of Israel bread and water when they came
to them but God Balaam to put a curse on
them though the curse was turned into a
blessing by our God so after hearing the
law they took out of Israel all the
mixed people now before this

placed over the rooms of the house of
our God being a friend of Tobiah had

one time they kept the meal offerings

were given by order to the Levites and

all this time I was not at Jerusalem for

cleanse yourselves of every evil thought

that does not match up to the Word of
God whether that be alas the desire or
pride whether it be something ethnic
your ethnic traditions that you are
holding on to if they do not match up
with the Word of God take them out take

Nehemiah 13 verse 10 and I saw that the
Levites had not been given what was
needed for their support so that the
Levites
and the music makers who did the work
had gone away everyone to his feel they
weren’t receiving anything from the
people so they went away to make money
to be able to feed themselves and their
wives and their children everyone to his
field then I made protests to the Chiefs
and said why has the house of God been
given up and I got them together and put
them in their places
then all Judah came with a tenth part of
the grain and wine and oil and put it
into the storehouses and I made
controllers over the storehouses Shalem
I and a priest and Zadok described and
of the Levites Padilla and with them was
Hainan the son of Zack or the son of
mattaniah they were taken to be true man
and their business was the distribution
of these things to their brothers keep
me in mind oh my god in connection with
this do not let the good which I have
done for the house of my god and its
worship go from your memory completely
in those days I saw in Judah some who
were crushing grapes on the Sabbath and
getting in grain and putting it on asses
as well as wine and grapes and figs and
all sorts of goods which they took into
Jerusalem on the Sabbath day and I gave
witness against them on the day when
they were marketing when they were
marketing food when they were doing
things for a profit it’s not that you
may not do anything a good deed the Lord
says every day is good for a good deed
especially the Sabbath the holy days
especially the days that are holy to you
but marketing
and profit-making is not a good deal
for those days me my 13 verse 16 and
there were man of tired air who came
with fish and all sort of goods trading
with the children of Jerusalem of Judah
and in Jerusalem on the Sabbath then I
made protests to the Chiefs of Judah and
said to them what is this evil which you
are doing not keeping the Sabbath day
holy did not your father’s do the same
and it not our God sent all this evil on
us and on this town but you are causing
more wrath to come on Israel by not
keeping the Sabbath holy on a different
level if your mind should be filled with
testing everything to the Word of God
but you start testing all your thoughts
as to how they may be of profit to you

you have given your all up to the Lord

Jerusalem were getting dark before the

of goods took their night’s rest outside
Jerusalem once or twice then I gave
witness against them and said why are
you waiting all night by the wall if you
do so again I will have you taken
prisoners from that time they did not
come again on the Sabbath and I gave the
Levites orders to make themselves clean
and come and keep the doors and make the
Sabbath holy keep this in mind to my
credit oh my god and have mercy on me
for great is your mercy and in those
days I saw the Jews who were married to
women of Ishod and Ammon and Moab and
their children were talking half in the
language of Ishod they had no knowledge
of the Jews as language but made use of

that Nehemiah is mentioning everything
that Paul mentions later on in his
epistles you cannot have two different
faiths on one pillow you cannot marry
things that the Word of God has said
throughout do not marry your sons or
yourselves to women who believe strange
thing even strange gods they will leave
you away from God
verse 25 and I took up a cause against
them cursing them and giving blows to
some of them and pulling out their hair
on fire and I made them take an oath by
God saying you are not to give your
daughters to their sons or take their
daughters for your sons or for
yourselves was it not in these things

yourself and that you may be kept clean
from all that is strange to the Word of

and that word is in the beginning was
the word and the word the power of God
in the beginning was the word and that
word is his name is Jesus Lord of glory
