Titus 1:15
To the clean in heart all things are clean: but to those who are unclean and without faith nothing is clean; they become unclean in mind and in thought.

I pray,
That your hearts might be clean
because you have opened it up
to the one who stands at the door
and gives the sign.
And have let him come in into your souls.
As you (have) let our Lord Jesus into your souls,
who has removed that heart of stone that you had,
and given you a heart of flesh,
full of grace and mercy,
and has renewed your mind.
This I pray over you.
In Jesus mighty name, Amen.
