Morning By Morning

Lam 3:22 Because of the LORD’s gracious love we are not consumed, since his compassions never end.
Lam 3:23 They are new every morning—great is your faithfulness!
Lam 3:24 “The LORD is all I have,” says my soul, “Therefore I will trust in him.”
(ISV)

Trust in God with all your heart, for he Loves you!

Be careful for nothing

Yes, if you are within, one within the Lord Jesus and his Father, the God of Hosts, then there is no care that you should have.
The Lord will take care of you, because you are his worker, only to be guided by him and only to be recompensed by him.

“If you abide in me, and my word abides in you, you shall have what you wish” [1PE 15:7 KJV]

The bible also tells us how to ask for the things we want, and from which ‘position’, from a position of no care, without worry.

[PHP 4:6] Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be known unto God. (KJV)

Have no care, do not worry about it. For Your Father who knows your most hidden desire has already laid out everything for you in this world.

[1PE 5:7] Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. (KJV)

Ask in Prayer and supplication (you must be like little children… remember how you used to ask your parents for that toy, harassing them with total conviction that he could get it for you if they wanted… so also you must ask your Almighty Father… with total conviction )
Give thanks to God before receiving, because you know that he can and will do it, you give thanks before receiving.

[JOH 15:7] If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto ye. (KJV)

This is simple and straightforward, Our Father, the God of Hosts is saying that if you stay within him (be obedient) and let his words abide in you (keep the law) you can ask for whatever you want, and he will give it to you abundantly.

Enter into the Lord, have no care or fear.

Father, let the Holy Spirit increase everywhere, in Jesus name.

World without end Father, in the name of Jesus.
World without end, AMEN.

Proverbs 3:27

Greetings, Blessings and Praises to all the Saints and the Kings within.
I just want to testify that sometimes we can hear The Lord very clearly (when we pay attention and are silent in the spirit).
Today Just after listening to a passage from Proverbs PRO 3:27, that states that if it is in your power to help someone needy, you should not say no, someone called me asking for a favor which is in my power, so I smiled and said yes.
This is the faith of the saints.
How does it go again…?
“we preach Christ, crucified, (THIS is the Power of our Lord), but to the Greeks,… it is mere foolishness….” 1CO 1:23

World without end father, in the name of Jesus.
World without end, Amen.

Ask God to reveal himself to you.

This is what I use to ask God for his riches. To give me his revelation. To show me all that he is and wants for and of me.

I ususally pray this 5 times in the morning, before reading the bible, several times during they day, whenever and however I feel called to.

This is common usage to ask for revelation of God; EPH 1:17-23, EPH 3:16-21, COL 1:9-15.

My name is inserted in the verses, wherever you see “Errol”, read your name instead.

[EPH 1:17] That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto me, Errol, the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
[EPH 1:18] The eyes of my understanding be enlightened; that I, Errol may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
[EPH 1:19] And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
[EPH 1:20] Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
[EPH 1:21] Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
[EPH 1:22] And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,
[EPH 1:23] Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all. (KJV)

[EPH 3:16] That he would grant me, Errol, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
[EPH 3:17] That Christ may dwell in my heart by faith; that I, Errol, being rooted and grounded in love,
[EPH 3:18] May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
[EPH 3:19] And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that I, Errol might be filled with all the fulness of God.
[EPH 3:20] Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
[EPH 3:21] Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. (KJV)

[COL 1:9] For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for me, Errol, and to desire that I, Errol might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
[COL 1:10] That I, Errol might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
[COL 1:11] Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
[COL 1:12] Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made me, Errol meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
[COL 1:13] Who hath delivered me, Errol from the power of darkness, and hath translated me, Errol into the kingdom of his dear Son:
[COL 1:14] In whom I, Errol have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
[COL 1:15] Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: (KJV)

So go ahead, substitute Errol with your own name, and ask.

Creation vs. Evolution

Creation and Evolution. I keep reading how creation is opposite to evolution and that creation OR evolution must be the truth, but not both. Both sides of the argument, the creationists and the evolutionists, perpetuate this controversy by calling each other names and hiding deeper and deeper behind their so called ‘knowledge’. This only leads to dissent and hate, so bear with me as I explain how my simple mind explains creation and evolution from my simple understanding of the bible.

Is there a difference between creation and evolution?

Creationists say that  God created man in his own image in Gen 1:26 and Gen 1:27

Gen 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
Gen 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. (KJV)

and the creationists are totally right!

Evolutionists say prove it! What we can prove is that when man first was, he did not have the form that we have today. So obviously we have evolved from our primal form to what we are today. As I suppose most of us have heard of Darwin and his evolution theory I will not go into that but I will limit myself to say that the evolutionists are totally right!

Here we have two different groups of people with seemingly opposite views taking stand against each other under the influence of princes and principalities (the Lords contender).
Reality is, as in most cases where there is conflict, the arguments are not totally contradicting, but only seemingly contradicting, and presented as diametrically opposed, as everything the Lords contender presents us (Gen 3:1-5).
Gen 1:26 and Gen 1:27 are about the creation of man before he was formed out of the earth, it is about the creation of the essence of man, of his spirit, which was created in the likeness of God, and as God has no earthy body, anything created in his likeness can not refer to an earthy body.
Scholars before me have all come to this same conclusion and while I mostly do not concur with the established views, in this instance they are very right indeed.

‘Image’ is a word taken from sensible things, and denotes likeness in outward form, while the material may be different. ‘Likeness’ is a more general term, indicating resemblance in any quality, external or internal. It is here explanatory of image, and seems to show that this term is to be taken in a figurative sense, to denote not a material but a spiritual conformity to God.
Albert Barnes 1)Albert Barnes’ Notes on the Bible by Albert Barnes (1798-1870)

In our image, after our likeness – what is here said refers to his soul. This was made in the image and likeness of God. Now, as the Divine Being is infinite, he is neither limited by parts, nor definable by passions; therefore he can have no corporeal image after which he made the body of man. The image and likeness must necessarily be intellectual; his mind, his soul, must have been formed after the nature and perfections of his God.
Adam Clarke 2)Adam Clarke’s Commentary on the Bible by Adam Clarke, LL.D., F.S.A., (1715-1832)

God’s image upon man consists in these three things: – 1. In his nature and constitution, not those of his body (for God has not a body), but those of his soul. – 2. In his place and authority: Let us make man in our image, and let him have dominion. – 3. In his purity and rectitude. God’s image upon man consists in knowledge, righteousness, and true holiness, Eph_4:24; Col_3:10. He was upright, Ecc_7:29. He had an habitual conformity of all his natural powers to the whole will of God.
Matthew Henry 3)Matthew Henry’s Commentary on the Whole Bible by Matthew Henry (1662 – 1714)

Yes, the creation of man is the creation of his essence, of his soul. And this is the most important part of man, the part that makes him indistinguishably different from all other animals, his soul that is connected to God, because God made Man in his image and likeness.

The Evolutionists state that man essentially developed from the primal ooze of the earth and is one of the evolutional branches of animals. Over the years his body has adapted to be the one that is the most adaptable to its surroundings.
And this evolutionist theory I can fully accept, because I can trace it back in the bible (Gen 2:7). It does not contend with the creation of man (in essence), it is just the development of the ‘matter’ or ‘form’ of man.

Gen 2:7

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. (KJV)

The key here is formed, and checking out the original text it is formed like a potter. Has a potter ever created something at once, in an instant? or does he knead and adapt, continually molding until he has the perfect shape and form as he devised?

These are two separate issues, one is the creation of man in essence and the other is the making of his three dimensional form.

The importance of creation/evolution to God

Now, some will ask; why does the bible not address the evolution of the form of man in more detail giving it a more predominant place in the bible? How can you expect us to believe that one simple word out of the many is the only one devoted to the whole physical evolution of man?

To understand this we must acknowledge that the bible is a God inspired scripture and as such will emphasize the things that God finds important for us to consider, and not give great importance to things of lesser value.

And yes, as the bible goes, our eternal life is much more important and longer (everlasting!) than the ‘moment’ of time that we are in this world in these bodies, so to God, for his purpose of sanctifying us, our bodies hold little value compared to our souls, they are only a vessel like a packing box that is used to send a parcel to someone else, only used to get us through the tests of this life, in the next life our bodies are no longer needed and as this life is but a ‘shadow’ no real importance should be given to it.

The bible attests to this in;

Psalms 144:4 Man is like to vanity: his days are as a shadow that passeth away. KJV)

Psalms 102:11 My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass.
Psalms 102:12 But thou, O LORD, shalt endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations. (KJV)

Psa 109:23 I am gone like the shadow when it declineth: I am tossed up and down as the locust. (KJV)

All these Psalms concur in several things, but in this context the important one is that the days of man (his lifespan) is but a fleeting shadow. And ideally, that is also the importance we should put on it.

The importance of creation/evolution to man

But man, man is vain, our time is but a fleeting illusion but we are so vain. We cry and sometimes I get angry when things do not go well with this body of mine in this world, we will all grow old and wither away. So vain!
So of course we place the coming about of our body on a pedestal, this is very important! Anyone who truly knows us should know that! The Evolution of our body is the most important thing ever! vain.
To us the evolution theory is important because it is about OUR bodies, the first thing we see about each other and if we do not make an effort, the only thing we see about each other. And because we are vain we try to categorize people depending on their bodies, just as we do with their clothing or whatever packaging material, exactly the same.

The deception of the contender

And that is where the Lords contender sees a great chance to stir up strife and discontent, start a discussion and some trouble between men. On the one hand he has the men that are vain about their dogma and on the other hand men vain with their science that, of course, is superior to dogma, vain.
How long did men believe that Gods purpose was for us to murder one another in his name even though his commandments say “do not murder”?
How many times have scientists held up theories until proven wrong?
We will be able to prove it all and do it all (except for “the tree of life” of course). But until then I have yet to see something occur that can not be explained or predicted by the bible. And once we catch up with our science, well that is just great, then we can also explain it in our own words, but we must not forget where we first saw it, in the bible, by Gods word.

But the contender, he notices the opportunity that this vanity gives him and he pits one man against another, with no ultimate gain for man, but only so that man will suffer over trivialities in this life, commit sin and lessen his chances of eternal life. That is all the contender cares about, for his chances of eternal life are already lost.

I would so like that men could see this game for what it is.

So he spins his weave of deception, “they say God created man just like you look now in one day, they must be mad, certainly everyone can go to a museum and see that man evolved to his current state? They just want to hold back the development of mankind so they can abuse you”.
“The heretics are saying that they have a theory that explains that man did not come from God, because they do not believe in God, and their theory is geared to prove that God had nothing to do with the creation of man, and by doing so disprove the existence of God”

Fears, the fears of poor wretched little men.

So do not let yourself be misguided by the games of the contender nor the opinions of men , not even of me! Get yourself a bible, make some time, open your bible, ask God to give you the word, and then read and enjoy his word.

Homosexuals and those who hate them.

Comment on an article urging homosexuals to come out of the closet.

Well Brian, I wanted to take a rather low profile on this site, but after reading your article I just had to react.

Let me begin by saying that each day that passes I find myself living more and more by the bible and that every word in the bible is actual today, all of it. It is just a matter of loving your neighbor as you love yourself and interpreting the bible for God’s sake and not for one’s own purposes.

About homosexuals and the people that hate them;
The bible states that homosexuality is not good. But the bible also states that you should love your neighbor, cover iniquities (cover misdeeds of others), have mercy and help all who are not on God’s path, not pervert the bible for your own sake, that God loves us all -even the sinners, he might be angry of their actions, but he loves us all -, and above all “vengeance is mine, says the lord” he will decide who to punish, and how.

Who will be punished more harshly, the homosexual or the person who has hate (Mat 5:21-22) in his heart for one of Gods children. Both the Old and New Testament are in agreement about that.

As a matter of fact the Old and New Testament are in agreement about everything (Mat 5:17-18) according to Jesus. The reason the bible gives for the giving of the New Testament is because Men corrupted the meaning of the Old Testament for their own sake, and not because the Old Testament is incorrect as you imply.

The Old Testament’s “rather lenient views on slave trade and bigamy” are all misconceptions. The laws that where given about these issues where given to mitigate slave trade and bigamy, not to promote it. Just like you will not accept that homosexuality is wrong the peoples of those times would not accept that slave trade and bigamy were wrong, so laws where given to lower their effect. And let it be said clearly, in my opinion only God has the prerogative to judge homosexuality, and deal with it as he wishes, all acts of men against homosexuality are sins of hate and will be dealt with harshly as stated in the Old Testament, New Testament and our current law. What you can do if you do not like homosexuality or whatever is a sin in your views is to stay away from it, as prescribed in the bible (Old and New Testament).

You are pulling some things out of context here, and if conservative exponents where not able to explain the verses it was because God did not want them to pervert the scriptures for their own reasons.

Exodus 21:7 “And if a man sells his daughter as a female slave, she is not to go free as the male slaves do.” (KJV)

How do male slaves go, well;

Exo 21:2 If you buy a Hebrew servant, he shall serve six years. And in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing.
Exo 21:3 If he came in by himself, he shall go out by himself. If he was married, then his wife shall go out with him.
Exo 21:4 If his master has given him a wife, and she has borne him sons or daughters, the wife and her children shall be her master’s, and he shall go out by himself. (KJV)

as they came , with nothing, in certain cases the female alluded to here will go with all the benefits she has accumulated.

Exo 21:8 If she does not please her master, who has betrothed her to himself, then he shall let her be redeemed. He shall have no power to sell her to a strange nation, since he has dealt deceitfully with her.
Exo 21:9 And if he has betrothed her to his son, he shall deal with her as with daughters.
Exo 21:10 If he takes himself another wife, her food, her clothing, and her duty of marriage shall not be lessened.
Exo 21:11 And if he does not do these three to her, then she shall go out free without money. (KJV)

These females were meant to become wives, and only if they were not taken as wives were they to be sent away empty handed. So the giving of these laws was to mitigate the length of slavery (6 years). And to lay down how female slaves were to be treated (either in a non-sexual sense or as wives, if you decided to sleep with them).
Before this, one can imagine that slavery was everlasting and female slaves were mere onsite free forced prostitutes. The giving of these laws imply that these issues are not “promoted” by the Old Testament.
And this is not only my interpretation, but the interpretation of the many scholars who have commented on the bible (Clarke, K&D)

The “Good Book” is a how to manual, but we need not “earn” God’s acceptance, just choose love, he loves us all unconditionally. To the first murderer he said that if he (Cain) did well he would be accepted;

Gen 4:6 And Jehovah said to Cain, Why have you angrily glowed? And why did your face fall?
Gen 4:7 If you do well, shall you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin crouches at the door; and its desire is for you, and you shall rule over it. (KJV)

“it is a chronicle of man’s inability to earn God’s acceptance through his own deeds” Huh?? I might be naive, but this is the first and I hope the last time I hear it called that, to me it is THE book of love, of unconditional love for God and of love for my neighbor as I love myself, and all its laws are centered on these two concepts.

Why is it adultery to lust after a woman that is not your wife? Who would want men to lust after their sisters, mothers or daughters? Love your neighbor as you love yourself.
And it is not unattainable; it is just your focus on life.

God’s standards are not impossible to reach; you just need to love, no matter what. Salvation is prophesized in the Old Testament and some say that every mention of the word salvation in the Old Testament is an allusion to Jesus. As stated before the New Testament offers no contrast to the Old Testament whatsoever, only a restatement. “Love your neighbor as yourself” Old Testament Lev 19:18, the Ten Commandments don’t kill, don’t commit adultery, don’t steal, don’t bear false witness, and various laws that in essence just describe the way we would like to be treated.

Ok, I guess I’ve made my point, I could go on but I only wanted to state that you are doing exactly what you accuse the conservatives of doing, using the bible for your own purposes. I think there is a better way, and it is the way of the bible, we have all sinned in one way or another, but we should and can love each other, no matter how large we perceive our neighbor’s sin to be.

The thing I found utterly disturbing in this article is that you cannot reject parts of the bible without rejecting the whole, because a house divided against itself can not stand (Mat 12:25, Mar 3:25 New testament) and as Jesus himself said;

Mat 5:17 Do not think that I have come to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I have not come to destroy but to fulfill.
Mat 5:18 For truly I say to you, Till the heaven and the earth pass away, not one jot or one tittle shall in any way pass from the Law until all is fulfilled.
Mat 5:19 Therefore whoever shall relax one of these commandments, the least, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of Heaven. But whoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of Heaven. (KJV)

Lastly I would like to say to all who hate others for “sinning”;

Mat 12:31 Therefore I say to you, All kinds of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven to men, but the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven to men. (KJV)

So please DO NOT corrupt the words of the bible for your own gain, for that is a form of blasphemy in my view.

May God bless you all and keep you in his Love.

Metro Hate Preacher

As I was taking a metro ride from the Bronx into Manhattan I noticed this strange guy, not strange because of his appearance but because he seemed a contradiction. In his hands he had pamphlets of one kind or another, but he kept trying to avoid eye contact with anyone else on the metro.

He was a slender graying man with uncut hair in a ponytail and a quite graceful white beard. I did not really notice his clothing, a bit worn I guess, more worn than usual. I would even say he was a Semite by his facial characteristics, but then again he could just be Middle Eastern, It just entered my mind that he was Jewish or had something to do with Jews. As always I was right, and as always not in the way I initially thought. Knowing this I decided to just wait it out, men always show their hearts by their own words.

As we crossed into Manhattan and the metro cab was filled to a comfortable crowd, he stood up and starting talking about God and about Love, and the sorrows of this life. I thought if this was his message then we could indeed suffer him for a while, the word of God is always welcome. No one seemed really interested, and I kept looking at him as he started handing out his pamphlets which I refused. I just felt I should not, no real reason why. Everything he had said until now was acceptable, only his demeanor and my first impression of him was not, so I kept listening and looking, could I be so wrong?

And just when I was about to conclude that I must certainly be one of the most paranoid beings on earth, he showed what he was really selling.
“And who do we have to thank for losing our jobs and our high rents? THE JEWS!” oh yes, that is exactly what he said,.. I raised my eyebrow and smiled… Aha, a hate salesman.

To my surprise, the people in the metro sprang to life and started to accept the “invitations to hate” from him, as if they had been awoken by an alarm clock. Boy was I surprised at the underlying openness to hate Jews. He could have sold his pamphlets and bought himself a new suit.

After his initial remark about the Jews many more followed, and the people where now sympathetic and open to all he said, but he did not return to good words, he could not.
I wondered, am I the only one here who sees that this is not a good shepherd. He was leading them to hate, and once you hate one it is increasingly easy to hate the other, and the next. And all under the cover of spreading God’s word. He will be dealt with harshly, not (only) for his own hate but (primarily) for luring and herding others into it as well (JER 23:32, MAT 7:15, 2Pe 2:1).

Jer 23:32 Behold, I am against them that prophesy false dreams, saith the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to err by their lies, and by their lightness; yet I sent them not, nor commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this people at all, saith the LORD. (KJV)

2Pe 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
2Pe 2:2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. (KJV)

This is bad, because this teacher is bringing the destructive error of hate as if it were a truth by appealing to our common sense of justice by linking our brother men into our plight of not being able to pay the rent, the loss of a job and so forth. By instilling hate for other men he is leading us to the devil. And afterward, after hate has taken us over, and we have rejected the teachings of God (love thy neighbor as thyself) and embraced the devil and his hate, the devil will rule over us and wreak more havoc in our lives. The devil knows only destruction, and his pay to his loyal servants is destruction.

So let me end by saying this; listen carefully to whatever you are being thought by your brother , even by your preacher, because whoever teaches something that does not lead to Gods love, is not doing Gods work , and is not your brother, he is the servant of the devil.

As Jesus Christ said;

Mat 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Mat 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Mat 7:17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
Mat 7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
Mat 7:19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Mat 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. (KJV)
