Let it be all joy to you, my brothers, when you undergo tests of every sort
James 1:2
There is a blessing on the man who undergoes testing; because, if he has God’s approval, he will be given the crown of life, which the Lord has said he will give to those who have love for him.
James 1:12
Jas 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

Do any of you need wisdom? Ask God for it. He is generous and enjoys giving to everyone. So he will give you wisdom.
But when you ask God, you must believe. Don’t doubt him. Whoever doubts is like a wave in the sea that is blown up and down by the wind.
People like that are thinking two different things at the same time. They can never decide what to do. So they should not think they will receive anything from the Lord.

In all we do, we need wisdom.
We need your mind on the matter.
So we ask you, Lord God of Hosts.
You bless us, by generously giving us the wisdom we need.
We thank you for your wisdom, In Jesus Name.

Jas 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

What is pure and true in God’s eyes is to take care of the helpless and not allow the worldly things to control and change you.
This is the kind of worship that God accepts as pure and good.
Father we praise you now and forever,
I thank you for allowing me to be your servant,
I thank you for loving the helpless,
We bless them in your name,
Father God, we bless them in Jesus name.
We praise you, Lord of the heavenly armies,
You who are above all.
Forgive us, heal us.
Teach us of your way.
Help us in our helplessness,
Use us, and help them,
So they might help someone else.
And may it all be to your glory.
